If you have not heard, PrepVolleyball.com will no longer be hosting the PrepVolleyball.com Classic. HOWEVER, the tournament is still running. Club Fusion Volleyball, 3 time winners of the Classic Cup Trophy, will be hosting the event. For more information, please visit http://classic.fusionsportscenter.com.

18s/17s Opening Ceremonies Itinerary - Thursday, June 11 |

 The following schedule will be in effect for the Opening Ceremonies on
Thursday, June 11th. The Opening Ceremonies will be held at the world famous Tommy Bartlett Show located at 560 Wisconsin Dells Parkway in the Wisconsin Dells (Google Map). Please read the notes by clicking on "Read More" for all the information you need to know about the opening ceremonies:
6:45pm - Doors Open
7:15pm - Team Procession is organized in designated area*. Parents and spectators are seated in the Grandstands.
7:30pm - Opening Ceremonies Begin with Team Procession
7:45pm - Welcome to the PrepVolleyball.com Classic
8:00pm - Classic Announcements and Information
8:15pm - Intermission
8:30pm - Tommy Bartlett Ski Show Begins
9:30pm - Intermission (don't leave ... the stage show is amazing)
9:40pm - Tommy Bartlett Stage Show Begins
10:05pm - Show Concludes
* Players will be directed by members of the PrepVolleyball.com Classic staff when they arrive.
Notes:
- The Show will conclude approx. 10pm
- The Opening Ceremonies are FREE to all players, coaches AND spectators (parents, siblings, etc.). In order to get in FREE you must be in the gates of the show by 7:30pm. The gates will be closed at 7:30pm and anyone arriving after that will be asked to pay the general admission prices.
- We encourage clubs to bring a banner to be used during the procession, but it is not required
- We encourage players and coaches to wear their club colors (warm-up jacket, sweatshirts, t-shirt, etc.) but is not required
- We anticipate the weather to be in the mid-70s, but it could get cooler in the evening. Please dress appropriately.
- If we experience inclement weather, the show will be held as planned. There are thousands of seats under the covered grandstands. The only way this event would be canceled would be in severe storm conditions.
- UPDATE: Concessions will be open throughout the Opening Ceremonies and Show!
- UPDATE: NO shuttle service will be provided to the Opening Ceremonies.
