The PrepVolleyball.com Classic has special events just for the players that set it aside from any other volleyball tournament in the country.  Below are descriptions of each event.  We encourage all players to participate in these great activities. 

70's Disco Party

Wild colored polyester, mood rings, pet rocks, disco, Bee Gees music, Saturday Night Fever, and Charlie's Angels.

The 70's Disco Party is new in 2008.  Immediately following the Opening Ceremonies players will be taken to the Chula Vista Resort where they will enter the Grand Ballroom and be transported to the Disco era!  Players should where their best 70's outfits/costumes (think bell bottoms & polyester).  Go all out!  Disco dance music, contests, giveaways and more will highlight an evening filled with fun for everyone.

Contests:  
Best 70's Song Performance (Karaoke) - Pick a song from groups like Abba, Bee Gees, and more.
Best 70's Line Dance - You and your teammates can learn the Hustle and compete against other teams
Best 70's Outfit - There will be awards for both team and individuals
Best Pet Rock - Don't ask me why it was popular, but it was.  Design your own and win!  See what it is.

Waterpark Party

When you come to the Waterpark Capital of the World!® you must take advantage of Lost Rios Indoor Waterpark and Adventure Lagoon Outdoor Waterpark at the Chula Vista Resort.  The Waterparks are "shut down" to the general public starting at 7pm and is open exclusively to the participants of the PrepVolleyball.com Classic.

Note:  Players and siblings MUST present Player Pass or Event Pass to gain entry to the parks.

Pin Trading

The pin program, another way the PrepVolleyball.com Classic sets itself apart as a tournament that blends great volleyball with great fun, all in one location, is inspired from the program at Walt Disney World. The concept is simple: find a pin you like and trade for it.

Championship Matches

You have to attend the Championship Matches on Day 3.  The matches will include warm-up music, noisemakers, in-game announcers, giveaways and more!  It is an event that you just cannot miss!  The Awards Ceremony for each division immediately follows each Championship Match which will include the presentation of the MVP, Best Coach and other individual awards.
